Great for arthritic fingers
I have had RA in my fingers for 40 yrs & any cool air makes the finger joints ache. These silicone gel wraps acts like little coats on my fingers and keeps the joints warm. Also helps prevent “trigger finger” or locked finger.

Same concept as Buddism
17 of 27 found this helpful If you know anything about Buddhism then you won't learn anything new in this book. The info in this book was very repetitive throughout. Basically, the message was "the more stuff you acquire the more troubles you'll have. Be happy having less." I wonder how much "stuff" the author has. But, if you've never read anything about Buddhism this book could give you a wake-up call.
