Great chip

WD drives are great.
I have bought used WD drives before and they just seem to keep on working. No problems at all. Serves as a great backup drive.

Yamaha RX V659
I have a Yamaha reciever that I like, so I thought I would try another. It has a lot of features and with that comes added complexity. It had extra optical inputs that I needed because I love Dolby Digital surround and it allowed me to connect my DVR, PS3, and XBOX 360 so everything is in surround sound. The HDMI switching will have to wait until my next receiver.
By the way, the auto setting of the surround speakers worked great with little to no tweaking afterwards to suit my preferences. Highly recommended.
