Nice quality but...
Way too small for me. My guess is that it's for someone with a size 30 waste or a small woman.

Its a 12 volt to 120 adapter
This is not a charger but a converter that allows you to plug in a 12 volt car plug device into a a wall socket

It heats up small rooms fast
This is an excellent heater and it works like a charm. I love it and it is amazingly efficient. If I had to complain it would be I wished the power cord was a little longer.
