Go back to the drawing board, guys!

Almost impossible to get LED prongs into old sockets because of black plastic collar around the LED obscures your view, and when you finally get them in, the larger diameter prongs expand the sockets so that your old bulb will no longer stay in if you want to reinsert it. There HAS to be a better way. Stood on my head for 1/2 hour with my wife holding a flashlight to get it done..now the "upgrade" flickers constantly when I turn it on. Plus, now I've ruined my old MagLite if I ever want to go back to an incandescent bulb.

VERY disappointing. Worked and sporadically and loudly when it did.
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought 2 of these to help even out the cool in our upstairs master bedroom. One didn't seem to work at all no matter where I set the adjustable thermostat and the other worked about 1/4 of the time when the A/C was running. When the one that worked did run the noise was extremely loud even on the lowest speed setting. Although brilliant in concept I have honestly never been so disappointed in anything I ever bought on this site. Back to the drawing board!
