It Could be Better Written
This book has the content but is not user friendly. It is not even close to the ease of use, quick reference, and overall format of "Excel 2007 Essential Skills with The Smart Method" books.
Examples in the "smart method" are much better described, include the exact reference to where specific entires are covered, and are decribed in more understandable steps.
The "All-In-One Desk Reference for Dummies" has examples that do not reference the exact location of where entries are covered, has many entries that are not taught until later in the book (or at all), and has wordy description sentences that can cause confusion.
I think the "Smart Method" books were written by a professional user and instructor that understands how to make it easy for ANYONE to get to expert level. Not everyone will be able to learn the subject with this "Dummies" book, and those that do will most likely suffer some mental anguish in the process.
