A+ Great seal. Highly recommended for my purpose.
The caps snap and lock in place and have a great seal. However, the hinge that holds that cap APPEARS thin on MIGHT eventually break over time, although quality control is tight enough that there were no defects at all. The seal with the cap is so impressive that the hinge possibly someday failing, should not matter, especially since the material appears to be very strong. The hinge is only nice so you do not lose the cap and does not affect anything else. I am using this to hold water-soluble miracle-gro all purpose fertilizer dry granules for houseplants which needs to be filled between 2.5 and 4.0 ML lines (1 teaspoon, which is 6 grams, typically around the 3ML line) and is used for 1 gallon of water. This works perfect! This is cheaper than buying it in pre-measured pouches and they are reusable, so after the first use, all reuse of containers are free, while the pre-measured pouches you buy from the store are plastic/foil pouches you have to tear or cut open and can't be sealed airtight again. My purpose was to save time and eliminate mess and spilling and this product is PERFECT. I am able to put all 50 fertilizer filled containers, back in the sturdy ziplock bag they arrived in, for storage. I highly recommend this product.

Perfect for me. ( I modded it)
Please be sure the device has enough volts and amps to power the device for it to run at full speed. If you are using used batteries, especially if they are NON-Alkaline, such as "Super Heavy Duty", which drop voltage as the capacity drops. I designed a battery pack with a 3-Volt with 1-amp AC/DC adaptor that says it has a "+ inner and "-" outer model MDL-0310. By not using batteries, I get it running at 100% speed and power at all times. When I use it with the metal attachment, I can stir my thick coffee better than a cheaper model with a spring on a hoop shape on the end of a very skinny (paperclip sized) rod. Although it is possible the one I am talking about, is just worn out, I still feel that the Norpro is much more powerful. I did testing and felt the all metal one was the best for my coffee. I'm sure there could be a tip that would get the coffee stirring faster, but it's okay, it's still a huge upgrade for me.

More Powerful than the cheaper non-branded generic coil end mixers. It's Norpro or Nothing.
3 of 3 found this helpful Norpro Deluxe is the best of the cheap mini drink mixers. There are a variety of the MUCH cheaper unbranded ones that have a permanent coil attachment on the end and those are VERY WEAK compared to the Norpro (And I know because I've bought 4 or 5 of the cheap ones in the past). You insert the back battery facing down and the front battery facing up. Make sure you cut off a section of the plastic shipping bag (folded in half for double or triple thickness) to put behind the batteries (and poking out each side or looped all the way around) so that you can remove them out easily or tie yarn around the 2 batteries to grab to pull them out.
I personally made fake batteries so that I can use a 3Volt-1Amp AC Adapter (Model: MDL-0310), in order to get full power at all times (instead of batteries running down). I recommend the all metal attachment for having the most stirring power. I bought this second one, as a backup, since I rely on it on a daily basis. I actually wish it was a little more powerful, which would save me a little bit of time, but for now, it's great and not very loud. Also, if you need to repair the on/off connector (my previous one broke after tons of use), I was able to cut a piece of from an aluminum can (sanded off the cans paint) and put it in place of the metal tab, although copper or steel or something else may be better, I'm not an electrician.
