Love these suppositories!
They're very small and tend to fall out if you don't clench down, butt they work great!

It moves the arrow!
You can move the arrow to limitless locations on X and Y coordinates, but doesn't have a Z axis function. The round finger rest was spinning, so I super-glued it and now its solid. The top surface was kind of slick, so I coated it with pine tar. Now doesn't fly out of my hand all the time.
It's also very hard to operate with your foot.
I had no mouse pad and used a slice of pizza (not recommended). Beware, it's not dishwasher safe!
