Maybe they measured to the zipper or inward on the gusset. I get 34" when laying them out on the floor. I will hang dry them after washing and try to lightly stretch them back out. Good canvas quality, soft, and good pockets. Not too heavily used. Decent price.

*Some Fitment Required
It's certainly made of heavy steel and the Heim joint at the frame is of good quality. Installation will require a lot of fitting though, they don't seem to know precisely where to put a couple of the holes for the frame bracket and the steel you'll have to drill through is thick. Also this is too long a bar for a 4" lift, I've got a 4.5" and I'll be shortening the bar about an inch to get it dialed in. If you've got 6"+ of lift this should be right in the adjustment range. All in all this is a decent piece for the money, so if you're lifting a Cherokee high on the cheap and have access to a decent shop this is hard to beat.

Works on the Helix too
So. This can be used on a real Honda Helix. I had to reuse the Japanese bearings in my old cover as the Chinese bearings in this knockoff were very slightly (<.01mm) too small to fit on my Honda gearbox shafts. I imagine this will work fine in your CFMoto, Hammerhead or whichever CH250/CN250 clone it was originally designed for. All told this beat having to source used parts. The Chinese gears I also replaced when I rebuilt my Helix gearbox fit just fine and I'm back to scooting without chunks in my gearbox oil, all for moderately less than $150. Win

Expensive but worth it!
Expensive but worth it! OK, BMW parts are expensive, I get it. But this kit is actually worth the money. If you've pulled an Airhead out of a barn somewhere like I did and it's got the wacky ATE brakes just go ahead and buy this kit, it'll save time and headaches. The included instructions seem overly complicated but anybody with sense enough to be able to take the caliper off the bike should be able to pop the piston out and swap in the new parts, it ain't rocket surgery. Now converting one of these bikes from the ATE system to something less German overengineered, that sounds like rocket surgery and good luck to you if you're contemplating it.
