Works as described and delivered on time
I was looking for a replacement drive and this open-box item has worked perfectly. Granted I've only had it a few weeks, but it has worked well and I'll keep everyone posted otherwise.

Not what it should be
0 of 2 found this helpful For various reasons, I only had the unit for about one week before I had to return it. Afterwards I bought a Netgear C7000. Even though the Arris was superior in almost all specs on paper, the Netgear outperformed the Arris. Our house is a large, two-storey unit, and I was planning on using some extender units and now, with the Netgear, they may not be needed. I was surprised at the results.
