Fred Bear would have loved this longbow!
Bear Archery has a winner here! Even at 35#, this Montana shoots so well for me, I may just lay down my other recurves and longbows and make this my primary hunting bow with 2 blade broadheads! Easy on the shoulder, yet still plenty of power for deer at under 25 yards. Great cast, lightweight, no handshock, well thought out design (I believe Neil Brice at Bear designed this, but I may be wrong)! Either way, it shoots as well or better than many custom longbows costing twice as much.

Opiates for the eardrums!
Amazing soundtrack! I'm wearing it out listening to it in my car. Hauntingly smooth melody... with just a hint of 1950's Country. Perfect for when you are in the midst of a major life change and want to allow your mind to just go on autopilot during a long drive on a back road. Yeah, it's that good.

Perfect EDC knife.
SOG brought back their A game with this knife! It isn't junk like some of their lower end knives. Sharp, extremely rugged, fast opening, easy to carry. My new EDC knife. Love it so much, I bought two, as I wanted a backup. Yes, it's that good. I carried a Buck 110 for years in the 80' and 90's, then a Spyderco. This SOG SEAL beats them both, and its barely bigger than the Buck 110, either clips to your pocket or slides in out of sight (where legal). This is the folding knife I have wanted all my life. Love the balance, Jimping and the fast, smooth action. Steel pommel and liners are also a nice touch. Good quality steel (S35VN), lifetime warranty, just a hair under 4" blade, ROCK SOLID LOCK... what's not to love??? Only suggestion I have is to offer it in a Tanto point, as some prefer that.
It may not be politically correct or legal to carry a Tops Tracker knife, Bowie or USMC Ka-Bar at work or around town, but in many circumstances, this would be a viable option as an EDC "Survival" knife, at least providing some peace of mind until you can get to your Bug Out or get home Bag and get your larger fixed blade. This SOG is well worth the price.
