The machine was well packaged so it’s seems unlikely to have happened during shipping. The damage is fairly minor and hasn’t seemed to have effected the performance of the machine so I’m not too concerned. For what I paid I am still quite happy with the machine.

Works great, right price.
I was happy to get one of these at a used price. It's worth it for sure. It's a niche product because 360 photos are only useful for a few applications and otherwise hard to view. I will use them for architectural visualizations.
