I couldn't figure out why is would be so large and heavy but have such a tiny bail so I did some research and found out it's supposed to be an ornament. It's lovely anyway and I will just have to add a new bail to allow for a decent chain.

The item was shipped by UPS with fragile written on all side, box arrived crushed on two sides and diffeneltly no care taken on the delivery services part. I was amazed the item was undamaged, big thanks to the person who packaged it.
