Not bad, but needs a 12 to 14 year old.
I bought this for a 10 year-old grandson, unaware from the on-line information that it was recommended for 14yrs old and up. It did require a little more attention to detail than an otherwise sensible 10 year old could provide and the focussing was "Sticky". Have put it aside until he gets older, but wish the promotional material had been more revealing. Having said that, with the right age group its not bad value for money.

Bargain entry to professional drill ownership
I bought this drill as a factory re-work with full manufacturers warranty and it turned out to be less than a year old anyway. The tool is very light and well balanced and the torque available is impressive. It seems small for the power rating, but the air cooling fan is very powerful to compensate. Delightful to use. On the downside, there is a very slight wobble on the chuck and when percussion drilling, the light weight means that it has to be held to the work firmly. I'd buy another one.
