Great for dog comfort
Headcollars can be annoying/distressing for dogs with a short muzzle - this is a good alternative. It is easy to put on and when the dog pulls, he pulls him sideways.My pooch is 35kg, so when he sees a rabbit, he can pull me off my feet, the Halti harness has stopped this.
Only downside is it tends to loosen itself, so needs regularly tightening.

Theoretically brilliant
This is a great idea...but whilst it would probably work well for a dog, getting a cat to accept it proved rather challenging. I gave up.
