It's no Sampson but it's half the cost
It's a balanced patch bay with switches for normaled, half normaled and thru. The ports on the PX3000 are not as soft as the ports on the PX2000 but I suspect that is because they are balanced so two points of contact inside. Works fine if you can't afford a Sampson S-Patch.

Painful to remove the backing...
The tape it's self is SUPER stretchy and breaks when trying to peal off the backing. If you get around that part, it does hold but I needed 5 and a half feet of it and it took a long time just to peel it off without breaking the tape.

Sometimes updates make the game too easy
The original is harder than what's out now. Great game.
