Further instructions would have been welcome. Sticky problem,
1 of 1 found this helpful It seems that during storage/shipping that the individual plates stick together, and as a result when taking a photograph the exposure jams as it's trying to be ejected from the camera. It would be handy to know this before wasting numerous expensive exposures or suspecting a defective camera.
The solution seems to be to bash the pack as you would a new pack of cards to release them from each other before installation.

1 of 1 found this helpful This was an exact replacement for the phone I broke, so I knew what I was expecting. Only difference is that the battery doesn't last as long as in the last one.
The problem is that Huawei, Google and Microsoft tie you up in knots when you try and do anything with a new phone, but I guess this is the same for everyone.
Transferring the apps and other stuff from my own phone was a doddle, but trying to prove that I was who I said I was, was a bit more problematic!
