Vital supplement for excellent purposes and my personal recommendation for how to take it.
The quality of the ingredients and the ingredients themselves are excellent for digestive health especially because they are fermented for that purpose. As far as I understand, the greater the digestibility, the greater the body can utilize the ingredients for what they are purposed for. One important note: if you are not use to aswagandha especially at high doses, then I personally recommend taking just one capsule for at least a month before increasing the capsule number to 2 the next month and then onward to all 3.

1 of 1 found this helpful You can even split the dose of 4 capsules a day for two people to take 2 each and your nutrition will still be sufficient. I highly recommend taking calcium with this product since it isnot high in calcium, which interacts with magnesium and phosphorus in order to be absorbed in the human body.

Probiotics are what your gut needs, not antibiotics.
