Better Than The Original
Everything worked right out of the box. I didn't have to program anything. The buttons have a touch action that is solid and precise. I don't have to press multiple times to get it to work. The cover to replace the batteries is designed just right. My previous remote, a Vizio manufactured, had a design that had the whole back slide off to replace the batteries. It would slide up and down when you used the remote. Finally a tab inside broke and it would slide off when I used the remote. I had to tape the cover on after that. This remote has a small door which locks and stays shut. No problems. It seems like this manufacture saw all the design flaws in the original remote and improved their model. Very satisfied with this product.

Bought Another
I bought one and liked it so much I bought another. Build quality is very good and size is compact. I've had other brands that fell apart. I highly recommend this product.
