NOT GENUINE ELIXER STRINGS

After receiving the strings I fitted them to 2 of my guitars.
After a few days I noticed the strings are loosing their bright brass colour and becoming dull.
I've been using Elixir strings for years and never seen this happened!
As a Forensic Scientist, I decided to examen the unopened strings ( 3 of 3) under a stereo microscope:
-There was no nano coating visible on any string;
-The string cores were not 6 cornered as it is specified but round with two flat sides;
-The thickness of all 6 strings were under the specification it should be.
I strongly suggest and suspect that the genuine Elixir strings were removed from its original packaging and replaced with these low quality rings!!
I URGENTLY REQUEST GENUINE ELIXIR STRINGS OR A REFUND!!!
