Hi Everyone! Thank you for supporting my ( very very ) small ebay shop. I am a reading specialist working with dyslexic students by day. I am also a bibliophile and a general lover of old things . I have been into both books and vintage anything my whole life. Plus, I love buying second hand for so so many reasons.     Zero Communication. No response to any questions, or attempts at communication. Good Price. Reasonable packing. Heavy book, so shipping was probably spot on. Has a "Best Offer" button, but has a flat denial up to $1 below asking price. So, I'd not shop their closet, but if you know you need the item, they're OK. Frustrating though.

    Hi there. I was so surprised to see this, and we have since communicated , and clarified that no messages were received or logged despite the buyer having sent several! Sorry this happened and it seems to be an ebay platform “ glitch”. I would never ignore messages from buyers and it is unfortunate that this happened.

    Although the above is all true, I blame Ebay that the seller did not receive the "contact seller" message I sent b/c shipping to my address sometimes requires extra packaging; or that they did not receive my "make offer" bids, or the notes sent along with them. There may be a problem hidden in settings, or a glitch, but the seller certainly was communicative (we messaged all day) once she KNEW about the problem, which she didn't have to as the transaction was already completed in her favor.
