Works fine, but . . .
As the manufacturer seems to be aware, because it included two Allen wrenches with the product, the way the machine is designed there are screws that have to continually be tightened, because they loosen each time the machine is used. That said, the machine otherwise works very well.

Good features but picky ear fit
8 of 8 found this helpful Good sound, controls, app---but I could not get them to stay in my ears regardless of which size tip I used, probably because the shank that the tips attach to is so short.
So try them while you can still return them---and if they fit, enjoy!
