  I purchased this item 13 days ago for a Christmas gift and it has not been shipped. I reached out to the seller and she said it was an old listing and she had a hard time finding the item. 3 days ago I requested a full refund and she said to check my mailbox, the item has not arrived and there is no tracking info which I asked her first. I have messaged her several times over the last few days and she is not responding to my messages.
