Nice, quiet, bright home theater projector
I bough this to replace an Optoma HD-20 that died at a young age due to fan failure. I needed a projector that was bright, quiet and had a VGA connector in addition to HDMI, which many of the other brands no longer have. This thing is crazy bright compared to several others I looked at. You can watch a movie with the lights on, no problem. Image quality is excellent, lens focus is easy. Plenty of menu settings to tweak your image....except edge masking. Note that this is a medium-to-short-throw projector so the image barely fits on my 8 feet wide screen from 13 feet away with the lens set to make the image as SMALL as possible. (I could probably move the projector as close as 7-8 feet away and still get an 8 feet wide image or leave it where it is and get a 10-13 feet wide image.) If you have a tiny room and want a big image, this will probably work for you. I can easily recommend this projector.
