Nice brace and very lightweight
I really like this product. It is very lightweight and it really braces your back. The only down side is that I found it would bend kind of roll because I am overweight. It still was very good though and it didn't do it real bad. The bracing property of it really does work. I very much recommend this belt. If you are more slender I think it would work even better!

Great product with lots of insights!
Bill O'Reilly is an awesome story teller. I recommend this and his other books. Having it on cd helps, I can put it in my car when I travel and hear it.
