Not fr everyday use
Unfortunately this was a disappointment. Was really looking forward to this helping our small business but it freezes, doesn’t recognize when there is item in the scanner, will not send to my software, etc.... I have to power down/up every time I need it because it says nothing is in the tray. Great idea, but not done working out bugs. I would try buying this later when the Neat Scanners are better updated with technology.
