Sakura Gelly Rool Stardust CLEAR pens does what it's supposed to do.
The CLEAR can be used over all colors, including black, to give a highlight or a twinkle where it would be difficult to do with powdered glitter. It is not an overkill of glitter, just a litle and, since the binder is CLEAR, the color of the watercolor, pens, colored pencil, beneath the glitter is still viewable. I haven't tried using it with soft pastels yet, but I would expect some darkening, and a little streaking, but, again, I will be using them to cover relatively small areas with glitter (Stardust).

Ebay sellers were all fine. I think they were cheated by their source.
I bought more than one ink cartridge from more than one ebay seller. I frankly don't recall which seller I purchased this particular two pack of cartridges from.
I don't recall how many I bought, but it was either four or five of the HP cartridges, 21, 22, and 58. I wanted to print out some art work.
I have only recently installed the two cartridges in this particular box and they seem to be working fine. How long they will last "working fine," is the problem.
The others I bought, those that were number HP #58, the black ink ran out on both of them almost at once. I got one page using the 22 and 58 cartridges for photo printing, and had to throw away the second page because the black ink had run out. On two others, #22 and #58, the red ink ran out of the #22 and the black ink out of #58 after only three printed full pages. I don't think I got my money's worth on those. However, they were, of course, very much less in cost than buying from a store, and the cartridges were sealed, new, and had a past due expiration date, so I cannot say I had a right to expect perfection.
I believe the cartridges were sold to me by honest sellers who had no way of knowing what was inside the sealed boxes, and therefore I do not hold them responsible. It is just of importance to me that I not repeat the mistake another time.
I think it might be helpful for sellers who are purchasing large quantities of HP cartridges that have gone out of date that they know that these cartridges really are likely to be defective when the "use by" date has passed. If no one ever tells them, and they cannot possibly "test" the cartridges themselves, they have no way of knowing.
I have all of the cartridges here as I was thinking of buying a re-inking set and refilling them myself. However, on studying the internet about HP cartridges and re-inking the cartridges, I have seen an endless list of complaints from people who say that the HP cartridges cannot be refilled and will not work. I do not know how the printer is able to tell that, but apparently it can. I have three #22, two #58 and one #21. Six cartridges, in all. the last two cartridges I have in my possession, I believe, are the #21 and 22 which were in the box you have asked me to review. I have managed to print six full page prints with acceptable results.
Therefore, for these specific two cartridges, I say they are satisfactory. But I don't think I will be buying any further cartridges from anyone on ebay if the "use by" or "expiration date....." has passed.
I don't know how anyone could have re-packaged these other tapes, but I'd like to note that the defective cartridges were not out of all of the ink. In each case, it was one color of ink was missing. Black, was one or two. Red was one. and Yellow was one. It's as though HP disposed of a large number of defective cartridges and your sellers acquired them at low cost and sold them at low cost with a small profit. So your sellers were as taken as I was.
