Small, flimsy and not at all what I expected.
1 of 1 found this helpful I have two other Suncast hose caddies which are much better. This one is good only for a very lightweight hose. The reel mechanism is not substantial at all. I thought this one had a "storage compartment like my others--the only thing it stores is the hose. I would have sent it back if it was not so much trouble.

Beautiful, functional and a breeze to install
I know Moen to have good products--this one certainly lives up to that reputation.
And it was so easy to install--it took me about two hours to REMOVE the old faucet and about 30 minutes to install our new Moen. So far it meets all our expectations.
