Good change of diet and possibly healing.
I have just received the book and only glanced over some receipes but they look very good. I purchased this book partly on recommendation by a friend and my husband and I want to try eating without grains for health reasons. The author is honest and very upbeat after going through a nightmare health wise.

Very well made
The product was easy to assemble although the pictures were not that great! It folds up somewhat easily to put against my wall in the room I use it in. I enjoy using it and so far it seems to be helping my back. I haven't been faithful in using it every day but hope to be. It is very well made and I believe will last a lifetime.
