works good
I have never had a problem with Alco filter driers, unlike junk Steveco driers that I have seen the desiccant beads come loose from the inside & plug up orfices & also txv's.

I give Kwikset locks & the SmartKey design "10" stars!
Qwikset's SmartKey locks have to be really hurting Schlage company & their sales. These locks are very easy to install & rekeying is a piece of cake. Since SmartKey locks use a biscuit (wafer) design instead of pins, they are far more difficult to pick.

Item appears to have been repainted. I don't know how long it will take to rust through the pitted metal.
