Prompt shipping. Easy to assemble. Item is as described. There is a stigma that a dance pole promotes less than favorable ideals. I have bad knees and using a dance pole allows me to burn calories while putting little stress on my them. I can use it for stabilization to practice ballet steps and ab exercises. Use your imagination and you'll find multiple uses other than the obvious. Well worth the money and I highly recommend.
