Very good quality product for blood sugar control.
I love this brand and product. Capsules are easy to take and contain no fillers
like some other ones do. Chromium Picolinate (200 mcg) low dose is the best for me.
It keeps my blood sugar under control even when I splurge and eat something sweet.

Ovaltine is the best chocolate drink...ever made.
At 77 years old, I still love my Ovaltine...especially the malt flavor.
