Great product but poorly made

This exercise resistor is a great product but the part that the bungee band connects with the washer is poorly made. At first the band worked great until an couple of days then the washer part that connects the band to the strap stretched and the washer came out. I had to redo the washer and bungee assembly and made it stronger.

I ordered six sets and all of them worked well. Only one of the bands broke on its first use but good thing it came with another set of bands.
