My fave new workout gear!

Just what I was looking for
Great price for a supplement I take often to help in my digestion. I suffer from bad IBS and this has been helping me for years now digest what I eat. Nice to find it at a lower price than the big supplement stores.

The only thing that helps me sleep
Great product. Spendy. But when you are desperate for sleep like I am you'll pay anything. I have found that taking one of these and one benadryl let's me get to sleep, stay asleep, and wake up fresh and not drugged up in the mornings.
