dependd on where you are at in menopause
5 of 6 found this helpful This is a great product for beginners of menopause . I have been in menopause for yrs and have been on a natural hormone replacement program that I pay a lot for so I thought I would try this. The price was so good but, the product is not strong enough for me my hot flashes came back and I almost started my menstrual cycle again so I will have to add another estroven pill to it .
