Watch Out For The Rats!!

Originally read this back in the 1970's. Written in a different time, different values. If you are easily offended by 70's stereotypes and ethnic jokes, stay away, otherwise, it is a pretty good book.

Keep The Varmits Away With Bell And Howell

Found one of these things when cleaning out my in-laws house about 8 years ago. On a whim, I brought it home and set it up in the backyard. We have had all sorts of plants eaten by the local deer population. THIS THING KEEPS THE DEER AWAY. The original one stopped working so I had to buy a new one. It does need sunlight to charge, and a red light comes on when it senses movement and activates the silent (to us humans) ultrasonic noise that repels deer. It works better than repellent sprays that stink up the yard and have to be constantly reapplied.
