Used this for years --
1 of 1 found this helpful I originally first bought this, over ten years ago, after seeing a "survey" in my local paper where five employees had bought their favorite lotions and then the paper did an unofficial survey, comparing the five. I had never heard of this lotion before but decided to try it since it got the highest ratings from the people who tried all five lotions. I've been using it ever since. First of all, the almond scent is wonderful! I just really like it - it's not overpowering but you can still smell it - and it just smells good. Second, it's a rich, thick-enough lotion that it is really moisturizing but, at the same time, it's not greasy at all. Therefore, I would recommend this to try!

I’ve used both the unscented and scented versions of this spray and think the scented works a little better.

Who'd have thought - I DO have curly hair!
I ordered this book because one of my daughters has very curly hair and I wanted to see if perhaps she'd gotten some of it from me! I've always thought my hair was stick straight, just frizzy after washing, but when I used the shampoo and conditioner recommended in the book, I found that I do indeed have a good bit of wave and curl to my hair. And. amazingly, after sleeping on it for several days after washing, I still wake up with curls. Who'd have thought! The book is very simple to follow - the author makes the steps very detailed and clear to follow. I purchased trial sizes of the products at Ulta, just in case I didn't like them, but I will purchase full sizes from now on. My hair feels better after just one washing. I would recommend this book, for sure!
