    The steel book I bought was severely damaged in shipping due to the thin paper mailing envelope used. When informed of this, the seller issued a refund that was less than 30% of the purchase price. I asked for more of a discount and was simply told to “open a case” with EBay. Poor communication, poor customer service… terrible buying experience.

Great Flashlight.
This is a great little flashlight that is incredibly bright. It uses a few AA batteries, I use rechargeables. It has a clip for attaching it to things, would work good for putting it on a backpack while camping or hiking. That hasn't been something I have used. I might put a strap on it so it can hang from something. Shockproof: I've dropped it a few times with no damage. It is a great light that is extremely bright. Since it has LEDs, Battery life should be long lived and no bulbs to replace. I was given one, I liked it so much I bought one. I am sure I'll buy another to give to my mom.
