Worthwhile upgrade
Bought to replace a stock seat on a Yamaha Tracer 900GT. It is an original product, so it fits perfectly. The original seat was more akin to a plank of wood and it tended to make you slide forward into the tank. The comfort seat is very different, it is comfier, yet still quite firm. It no longer tips you forward and makes for a better riding position. It has increased the saddle height, whereas I was flat foot with both feet I am now on tiptoes for both feet. I am 5'11 and can easily get one foot flat so it isn't a problem but if you are struggling with the stock height, you need to bear this in mind. I am a motorcycle instructor and I can spend up to 8 or 9 hours in the saddle in a day. The proof of the pudding is the fact that I can get off the bike at the end of the day and still be able to walk! Previously I would have to ease myself off the bike and allow a bit of recovery time before walking away (Yes I am old!).
All in all, this is a lovely piece of kit and would highly recommend it if you aren't getting on with the stock seat. One very minor gripe, the stitching doesn't match the pillion seat, no big but it just niggles ;-)

Tyre Pressure Gauge
I am very pleased with this purchase, I have bought several gauges lately, one of which was quite a bit more expensive from, Halfords. Could have been bad luck but I haven't found a good one yet! Just to put things in a bit more perspective, I use this for my own vehicles (couple of cars and a motorcycle), I also work as a motorcycle instructor, so checking and ensuring tyre pressures are accurate is a big part of my day.
This has a flexi hose and an angled fitting to attach on the tyre valve. What this means is I can get to all sorts of valve in all sorts of positions. Sometimes, especially on the bikes, it isn't easy to get a gauge to fit on the valve. I love the fact that it retains the pressure with a pressure relief valve. You can also use the pressure relief valve to deflate the tyre down to the correct pressure without the need to adjust and check over again. I feel confident in its accuracy too, I have checked this against other gauges we have confidence in and it constantly gives the same results which others we tried, didn’t! It has a robust feel to it and a heavy-duty rubber casing, so it should take a bit of rough handling, by that I mean it gets carried around all the time with me, either in back packs or bike luggage.
I recommend this as a good all-round pressure gauge. It appears to be adaptable, accurate and robust for not a huge amount of money.

Folding Bike Ramp
I am using this for my BMW K1300 S (around 230kg). It is stored at my home and I need to get it up and down a flight of concrete steps at the front of our house. I am using this regularly, so far it has done exactly what it is supposed to. I am well within the weight range for it and it shows no sign of stress or movement when it is fully loaded with the bike. I have used it in the wet with muddy tyres and the bike pulls up without any slipping. I was nervous about the idea of having to get a ramp to do this, so I looked to spend as little as possible with a view to buying better if it all worked out. No need to re- think anything, this ramp is great, I recommend it.
