Used it for Muscel Cramps after steroid treatments

I had no sleep for a month and sever falls from sudden cramps that flipped me into the tub.
The doctor prescribed muscle relaxers. They did nothing to relive the problem. Blood test showed no vitamin deficiency or dehydration.
I tried dozens of vitamins, remedies and herbs. For 6 weeks. One dose of adrenal glandular
and I slept until 4 am with a slight cramp I could work out in bed. I stopped taking it for a week
and all my cramps returned so I took just 1 pill and slept all night. I want my own adrenal gland to start working again so I will use it sparingly. But it was heaven to finally get a nights sleep.

Use the Nokia N800 and 770 as a book reader.
This internet tablet has so many uses.
But best of all it makes a great ebook reader.
Just down load the FBreader and search for free books on the internet.
(I usually copy and paste plain text books to a note pad program.)
No page turning just touch the screen.
No light needed.
Make the fonts any size. Turn the page any direction.
If you fall asleep it put's it self to sleep.
You can also down load audio books and listen to them from many internet libraries.
Great for long boring drives.
Heck it does everything a computer does but fits in you palm.
I love it.

Pepsin verses HCL

Pepsin is an acid reducer. You need the acid to improve digestion. Seams counter intuitive. It did not help my digestion. Made it worse.
