Service and phone so far has been great.
The best Straight Talk phone for what I wanted and needed at this time. Easy to learn to use and use. Camera is pretty good. Plenty of apps pre-loaded and additional apps are easy to find and download. Actually the virtual keyboard is easier to use than I thought it would be but I still like having the slide out keyboard. So far it has good battery life too. All in all I am very happy with the phone.

Bad design and material
Worst screen protector I have ever dealt with. Doesn’t fit and does not adhere to screen.
