My Darling Clementine (1946) New Sealed DVD Henry Fonda

I liked the movie, but it was pure fiction. basically nothing was historically correct.

The DVD is fine, but the over all movie is so far from the facts of what really happened at the OK Corral and it hurts the movie. In fact, the OK Corral scene was complete fiction the way they show it, there isn't anything right, old man Clanton wasn't even at the OK corral and they weren't ever running around hiding and shooting. They were in one spot and shot it out, and it didn't even last 2 minutes. Wyatt Earp never out drew Doc Holiday, Holiday was a lot faster than Wyatt and would have probably have killed him before he cleared leather. Wyatt said Holliday was the fastest man with a six shooter he had ever seen. James Earp never gets killed, he lived till he was 84. Morgan Earp gets killed, shot in the back. The acting is good, I like Henry Fonda, but if you want to see a movie much closer to what really happened, then I would suggest the movie "Tombstone".

Pleasantly Surprised

The reviews of this movie weren't all that good, but a friend told me to just try it and I did find it amusing and worth watching for a few laughs. Didn't expect much so I was pleasantly surprised.
