PRO-SERIES 5 cu. ft. Gas Powered Commercial Duty Cement and Concrete Mixer

Misleading, incorrect description

This product was listed as a five cubic foot cement mixer. It is not. It is a 2,5 cu, foot cement mixer. Even the owners manual has the correct volume. on the cover. When I order a 9 yrd. truck of cement, I get 9 yrds. not 4.5. It comes mostly disassembled with no instructions on how it should be put together. I couldn't find any assembly instructions even on manufacturers website. I was able to get it working through trial and error. I still ended up with a extra cog which I'm assuming is a spare. The product as a whole is fairly well built and should perform well. It is belt driven with plastic drive gears which I believe is the weakest part of it'e design.

Ignore Directions

Don't just sprinkle this into the wort like the directions say. Re-hydrate in 100 ml water between 95-105 F for 15 minutes and stir gently. Let sit for 5 more minutes and then pitch the yeast. You will get a much better reaction this way.

Not like your old label maker

Great product right out of the case. Downloaded the editing software and was making my own custom labels in minutes. I like the fact I can use my computer to design the label using all the fonts in my system. The p-touch acts like another printer in your system when hooked up to an available USB slot. The add-ons are endless with frames, pictures, etc... I'm labeling everything in the house.
