Reclassify medium duty, maybe indoor.
Purchased as a gift for my in laws in PR. Installed a flag pole , installed it on flag day, lasted three weeks, grommets pulled out. Material light nylon... nothing I would buy again. Ok for indoor decor. Not outdoor 24/7 use.
