Product as described. Excellent service!
The price was right. The product was as described. I needed tech support and they were there for me. Why 4 stars rather than 5? I'll wait for more improvement of the product and add the star at that time. Although it is what I was looking for.

Just what I needed..
I have 3 of the latest model Fire Sticks and there's always a chance I can misplace one. So to be safe I purchased this extra remote just in case. I've already tested it using a Fire Stick with wireless and it works great. Thanks!

Improved performance....Fire Stick
I was using my Fire Stick in wireless mode. I added this hardware and have seen a definite improvement in performance!
