Great for down pillows
I have used this to re-tick several down pillows and it works great. Some lower quality fabric will allow the feathers to poke through but I have not had a problem with this.

Has helped my horse
After only a few days my horse's wounds started healing. Nice cushioning inside, easy to wash. Highly recommend. Took one star off because the velcro straps could be more sturdy.--one of the bottom velcro straps tore off and I needed to sew a new one on.
