Overall, I am happy with this item. It's drawback is the when attempting to enter my wireless password, the keyboard is apparently not aligned with the letters and characters making it quite difficult to complete the password to get connected to my Internet Service Provider (ISP). This may be a fault of all Barnes & Noble Nook Glowlight 4eReaders, model # BNVR1000. I was however, finally able to enter my password and obtain a connection to my network.

Although many years old, this printer met all of my expectations, and then some.

I have been using this type of printer for many years. I needed a reserve printer, and I am delighted to have made this purchase. I was able to configure it quickly, and this HP Officejet H470 was fully operable almost immediately after I hooked it up to one of our printers. An added bonus was the addition of a printer battery, and I was able to use the printer using the battery mode. This item was everything as represented.
