The buyer attempted to claim the package never arrived despite having tracking. Then after confirming the amount of fish received they tried to say we sent less than what was listed. After attempting to mitigate and much back and forth the buyer explained that some fish died after they were improperly acclimated then claimed the age of the fish wasn’t what was advertised. Finally the buyer resorted to insults.
