The S4 offers flagship performance in spite of it's age.
Outgrew my older Samsung Galaxy S 4G, decided to stick with Samsung, due to good specs, and having a user replaceable battery and micro SD card slot to be able to add memory.
The S4 is larger, slimmer, faster, and has more features, plus there are a lot of custom ROMS to flash and run if you are into that. To me the newer phones are just too large, and too expensive. The S4 fits me perfectly.

good looks and great protection.
Tech 21 has always been my go to case brand whenever I get a phone. Used one on my LG G3, and now for my LG V30+. This EVO case fits, cutouts are perfect, good hand feel, protects all sides well, and looks great while retaining the slim format of my phone. Can't ask for more!

Held promise, didn't deliver for me
Per the packaging, it mentioned that every unit is fully tested before shipping.
But when I just try to change the chime tone to my liking, it doesn't save my choice, just goes back to the first one each time. And when I contact the company, they want me to create a video of the problem to send to them to evaluate. No. It is a simple to operate device - the issue is, it just doesn't operate as described when I attempt to use it.
