It works
The online documentation has some contradictions and leaves out parts of the procedures I believe to discourage customers from attempting to install themselves. The docs need to be updated for the q9 remote procedures. There is enough information to do it if you know your way around a multi meter and do some research on the web as this unit wires up to the vehicle much the same as other brands. It helps if you have P L C knowledge. Also 30 years as a Boeing electronic cnc tech doesn't hurt. The seller is as good as it gets on Ebay. Thanks

Its comparable to other mid to high end brands
They expect you to have it installed by a dealer so the information is there but its not step by step. Most of the information can be found on the web and if you know your way around a multi meter its not to bad. 30 years as Boeing electronics maintenance technician doesn't hurt either.
