Amazing headset, amazing price
1 of 1 found this helpful My previous Turtle Beach headset was dying so I wanted something sturdier and of higher quality to replace them. I was looking for an affordable option specifically for HyperX headsets, since higher quality usually means high price tag. I was very happy to find these, but half worried about them being re-certified (I'm not sure if that's the same thing as refurbished).
The headset arrived a day early and were packed in a very nice box. They look 100% brand new, just sans the original box. They work great and the sound quality is fantastic. The padding on the headband is a thousand times better than my TB headset (which just had this very narrow, thin, piece of foam in the middle of it). It is significantly heavier than my TB and Razer headsets, which - if you're headache prone like me - can cause some tension in your neck if you wear them for extended periods (I mean like 5+ hours), but they are still super comfortable.
I'm super happy with these, especially for the price. I definitely recommend these for people looking for great quality at an affordable price.

Exactly what I was looking for
I sometimes put my PS4 on my desk where there isn't much space. I searched through lots of vertical stands and most of them had a bunch of additional features I didn't need. This stand is exactly what I needed. It locks on to the console for extra stability and security so it won't tip over versus other multi-function stands that the console just sits in and can be tipped over. It's also really low profile so it doesn't take up any extra room on my desk. It also looks really sleek.
I'm also glad that this is specifically for the older versions of the PS4, which I have, since a lot of newer vertical stands are aimed toward the slim or pro versions.
Overall I'm super happy with this product and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a vertical stand for their older PS4.
